How to use

STEP 1 Your shoe’s current insoles may be removeable, if they are take them out FIRST.
STEP 2 Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes.
STEP 3 Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
Replace insoles after six (6) months or after the first signs of wear.

STEP 1 The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable – take them out first.
STEP 2 Place your plantar fasciitis orthotics into shoe, FABRIC SIDE UP, to test for size. If needed, trim the orthotic along the outline (on bottom of orthotic near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
STEP 3 Ensure that orthotic lays flat against bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn’t fit without bunching, continue to trim as needed.
Replace orthotics every (6) months or at first signs of wear.

How to use

STEP 1 Shake can well and hold about 6 inches away.
STEP 2 Spray sweat-absorbing foot odor powder generously on clean, dry foot and between toes. In case of clogging, clean nozzle with a pin.
Use foot spray powder daily.
